Położenie apartamentowca tuż przy deptaku umożliwia Gościom łatwy dostęp do sieci restauracji, kawiarni, sklepów oraz atrakcji turystycznych oferowanych prze górskie miasteczko. Pobliska Góra Parkowa to niezwykle urokliwe miejsce idealne do spacerów. Wszystkie apartamenty zostały nowocześnie urządzone w różnych stylach między innymi : stylu ECO, CLASSIC, INDUSTRIAL.
