    Promenada I – apartments in Swinoujscie

    Baltic Park Promenada is a complex of five buildings designed in a Mediterranean style. The property is located right by the promenade. The beach is also just a short walk away, only a few minutes on foot. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. There is a playground in the grounds near some buildings. The entire area is monitored, so our guests can feel comfortable and safe. Baltic Park Promenada apartments are a place you’ll want to return to, thanks to the excellent location and high standard of all units. Guests can use above-ground parking spaces for a fee (not every apartment includes a parking spot; please contact the local office to check parking availability). The apartments come with clean bed linen and towels. Nearby, there are cafes and restaurants, including Gelati La Stella cafe offering a 10% discount on breakfast menus (discount vouchers are issued at the local office).

Swinoujscie is a popular seaside town with a rich cultural and entertainment offering, worth exploring during your stay.

    The easiest way to reach the property is by public transport, which serves nearby stops. For those traveling by car, exits from major roads are available, and paid above-ground parking is nearby. The location by the promenade makes it easy to find and reach the apartments.
