DISCOUNT CODE REGULATIONS

These Regulations define the rules for using discount codes on the Sun & Snow website, located at www.sunandsnow.pl.

1. Glossary
   Discount code – an electronic discount code in the form of a string of characters, entitling the User to use it on the website run by the Administrator, in the form of a percentage or amount discount calculated from the value of the order;
   Administrator – Sun & Snow Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at: Konstantego Ildefonsa Gałczyńskiego 4, 00-362 Warsaw, KRS 0000318497
   User – a person who visits the Administrator's website available at www.sunandsnow.pl
   ebsite – the Administrator's website, available on the website at www.sunandsnow.pl
   Discount Code Regulations – these regulations specifying the rules for using discount codes on the Administrator's website.
   Accomodations– house, apartment, flat, room or other premises intended for rent for accommodation purposes placed on the Website
   Order – rental agreement between the Administrator and the User, concluded electronically. Executed on the Administrator's website by selecting the Premises at: www.sunandsnow.pl and completing all steps in the reservation form.
   Expiration date – date until which the discount code can be redeemed on the Administrator's website
   
   
2. General conditions
   
   1. The Administrator provides Discount Codes on the website, social media or the Partner's website, as part of an organized promotion.
   2. The discount code can be redeemed when making a reservation for a Premises not covered by other promotions on the Website.
   3. The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Administrator.
   4. The discount code is active from the moment of publication on the website, social media or the Partner's website.
   5. The validity of the Discount Code will be determined each time at the time of its publication.
   
   
3. Rules for transferring and using the Discount Code
   
   1. The Discount Code is made available on the website, social media or the partner's website
   2. The use of the Discount Code sent depends on the Customer. The Customer has the option not to use the Discount Code sent, in such a situation it is enough not to enter the Discount Code sent on the reservation page on the Website.
   3. To use the Discount Code sent by the Administrator, enter the given string of characters in the "discount code" field when making a reservation on the Website.
   4. Entering the Discount Code in the appropriate field reduces the value of the reservation by the percentage or amount of the Discount Code sent to the Customer.
   5. Discount codes do not stack with each other. Only one Discount Code can be used in the order.
   6. The discount code applies to the entire offer, excluding the following facilities: Cypel Helski, Helski Brzeg, Domki w Karpaczu SARNIA and Dom Sarnia 37.
   7. The code cannot be combined with other promotions and loyalty programs, except for the ZIMA10 code from the Lidl Plus application.
   8. The Administrator has the right to refuse to implement the Discount Code if its validity period has expired. Thus, the Discount Code expires upon its expiry.
   
   
4. Complaints
   1. All complaints regarding the conditions of stay, service standards, other factors, when booking using the Discount Code will be considered under the general terms and conditions specified in the Service Regulations.
   
   
5. Final provisions
   1. In the event of a change to these Regulations, reservations are made on the basis of the Regulations in the wording applicable on the date of placing the order.
   2. The content of these regulations is available on the Administrator's website.
   3. All matters not covered by these regulations are regulated by the Service Regulations, as well as the provisions of Polish law, and primarily the Civil Code.
   4. The Regulations are effective from 1 December 2024.
